TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DESCRIPTION OF VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES:

Service provider offers varying options to complete tasks listed below. Custom Plans available upon request.

  • Client will set up account specific credentials (login/password) for Service provider to complete requested tasks.

  • Client will provide appropriate documentation for completion of tasks.

 

HOURLY PLANS:

Tasks will be defined by discussion with Client and emailed, uploaded to Google Sheet, or as agreed upon.

Services may be redefined as mutually agreed upon each month as Client needs and will provide detailed documentation to Service Provider for completion of Services.

 

MONTHLY SERVICE PLANS:

Service provider offers monthly service plans for specific tasks. View all current available plans here: https://www.ryanzschau.com/pricing. Service provider will complete a specific set of tasks each month or provide access to specific tools as defined by each service.

 

PROJECT BASED PLANS:

Service provider offers project based rates for specific tasks. View all current available plans here: https://www.ryanzschau.com/pricing. Service provider will complete a specific set of tasks once. Upon completion Client will sign off that the task(s) have been completed to their specifications.

 

PAYMENT:

Client must select a recurring monthly plan on website ( https://www.ryanzschau.com/pricing ) and submit payment via secure client portal or other agreed upon method. The plan selected will be automatically charged each month. In the event of late or failed payment in future months, Client relinquishes the right to set Service deadlines for that billing period. When payment is successfully received, Services will be resumed and completed depending on Service Provider availability during that month.

 

CLIENT PORTAL:

Client may access their plan information on https://www.ryanzschau.com/portal. Client may update payment, contact, and plan choices as needed. Client may also view status of time available. Any questions or issues can be directed to Ryan: contact@ryanzschau.com

 

PLAN PAUSE:

Subscription may be paused at any time by Client on client portal to prevent recurring charges for a defined period of time. Service provider may pause Client plan if less than ½ hours purchased in previous month are unused. Upon resumption of service, Client will be charged based on subscription plan selected. Current hour status can be viewed on the client portal under account information.

 

DELIVERABLES:

The following items will be provided to Client upon completion of the Services defined above:

  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Status Update via email, shared Google Sheet or as agreed upon.

SERVICE LOCATION:

Services to be provided under these terms and conditions shall be performed at Service Provider's place of business. (i.e., Home Office)

 

CONDITIONS:

Services will be discussed, defined and agreed upon prior to start date. Plan retained allows for a maximum number of hours that Service Provider will be available to complete Services described above during each month. Client may define day deadlines however Service Provider may choose at what time of day Services are completed. Same day deadlines will be completed on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability.

 

HOURLY TIME CALCULATION:

Service provider records time by the minute while tasks/projects are being actively worked on. Log into the Client Portal to view Hours Available / Used is viewable on the Account Information section. Service provider will update periodically.

 

HOUR DEFICIT:

If Services consume more time than plan retained in any given month, Client may purchase additional hours through www.ryanzschau.com/pricing in 5 hour increments. Client may utilize their coupon code to receive discounted rate for “Refill” hours. The Coupon Code is the last 4 digits of their phone number on file. Client may upgrade recurring plan for the next month if necessary. Client can upgrade plan at any time on client portal. Simply select “Edit Subscription” and choose the appropriate plan.

 

HOUR SURPLUS:

Plan is intended for a defined month of time however if there are unused hours by the end of the calendar month. Service Provider will rollover and add to the new months total hours up to a maximum of 60 days. Hours used and hours available is updated on client portal.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Client may cancel their plan at any time within the client portal. Service Provider will provide Services through date paid with no further penalty. Service provider shall give 1 month notice by email to end plan with Client.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

Service provider will not participate in direct selling or insurance advice to Client’s prospects or current clients. Service provider can and will only provide details of current client policies to appropriately authorized parties. Service provider can and will provide support to sales teams but will not in any capacity be selling or providing insurance advice to Client’s prospects or current clients.

 

INFLATION GUARD:

Service provider reserves the right to increase rates at the 1st and each subsequent annual anniversary of the signed contract by maximum of 5%.

LIABILITY:

Service Provider will not be liable for loss, damage or delay of Client’s project due to circumstances beyond Service Provider's control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact Client. In the event of such loss, damage or delay, Service Provider will make every effort to notify Client immediately. Service Provider is completing tasks to the best of their ability however Client is responsible for verifying accuracy of completed tasks. Service Provider is in no way providing insurance advice to Client’s Customers or Prospects.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Service Provider will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Service Provider, or divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the Client. Service Provider will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Service Provider will return to Client all records, notes documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Service Provider during the term of this Agreement with the exception of items purchased by Service Provider and not reimbursed by the Client. All login credentials will be stored within a secure password protected program and never shared with anyone.

 

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
