Tell me more about your services, what you do?

As a remote insurance and bookkeeping professional, I am able to take on a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth running of your business. By working from my home office, I am able to focus on the task at hand without any distractions, allowing you and your team to focus on more important aspects of your business such as client communication and relationship building. Whether you need help with tasks that you are backed up on, require a high level of attention to detail, or are simply mundane, I am here to help. We will collaborate to identify the specific tasks that need to be completed, establish a deadline, and I will take care of the rest. You will be kept informed of progress and upon completion, I will notify you or the designated person.

Do you offer a FREE trial?

As a limited-time offer and subject to availability, I am pleased to provide a complimentary 14-day, 20-hour trial. This affords sufficient time for me to integrate seamlessly into your operations and complete a variety of tasks. At the conclusion of the trial, it is entirely up to you to decide if you would like to continue utilizing my services to optimize your time.

I propose starting with a single task, and gradually increasing the scope as you become more comfortable with my services. To ensure a seamless integration, it will be necessary for you or your technical team to establish the appropriate access for me to complete the task(s) at hand. To aid in this process, I have provided sample workflows on my website as a reference. If you prefer, we can schedule a JOIN.ME meeting where you can demonstrate the task(s) to be accomplished, and I will create a workflow based on this demonstration. Additionally, my Quick Start Guide is available for download if you wish to take a more self-directed approach.

What is your cancellation policy?

My services are offered on a month-to-month basis, and you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, I will complete any tasks currently in progress for the current month, and there will be no further billing beyond that point.

Where are you located?

I am based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

What do you charge?

I offer hourly plans and subscription based services.

What management systems do you know?

With over 14 years of experience working with insurance systems, I am well-versed in utilizing Vertafore AMS360 and EZLynx. Additionally, I am highly adaptable and possess a strong aptitude for technology, making it easy for me to quickly learn and effectively use other software platforms as well.

Do you do renewals?

I am able to assist with renewals by determining a consistent procedure that aligns with your current account rounding and client experience. This includes running renewal quotes to help determine the best fit for your clients.

Do you do sales?

I specialize in back-end office tasks, and can assist with sales support by providing the necessary tools for your sales team to succeed. I am also available to make calls to prospects or clients to gather data for quoting, but please note that I am not able to provide insurance advice to your clients. Are you licensed in the state of FL / Are you licensed in my state?

I am licensed in FL, MA and VT. I am not actively selling insurance in any state.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. I maintain my own Professional Liability policy.

Are you an independent contractor?

Yes.

What programs do you use to interface with an agency?

There are multiple ways to do this depending on how you wish to integrate me into your team. If I need to access your agency management system to complete tasks. I request you set up an account with security settings you are comfortable with. I will learn your workflows so that there is a seem-less integration to your agency.

Why shouldn't I just hire in office staff?

I provide a different way to get things done. There are some things that new staff will not be good at. Insurance takes time to learn the lingo and understand what is going on. Every agency has different needs. What are yours? Refer to my comparison chart here

Do you have a staff?

I personally complete tasks and do not utilize a staff at this time.

What about confidentially between other agencies?

Terms and conditions contains a confidentiality agreement. I will never share any client information. Upon deciding to use my services we will both sign the terms and conditions. Read more here.
